Description

Maintaining pluripotent human embryonic stem cells and inducing pluripotent stem cells requires colony selection and cell expansion. It is often time-consuming and laborious to select colonies containing pluripotent stem cells by manually analyzing the colony morphology. In addition, morphology-based colony selection cannot consistently guarantee a pluripotent starting population because cells may not be completely reprogrammed or may naturally differentiate within the colony.

To address this issue, we provided GloLIVE ™ antibodies, which enable researchers to confirm the expression of stem cell markers in live cells before selecting colonies.

Application Notes

Real-time pluripotent stem cell imaging:
Promote the selection of high-quality, undifferentiated stem cell colonies to reduce experimental differences.
Verify the pluripotency of stem cells within 30 minutes to ensure effective use of time and reagents.
Allow the continuous cultivation of pluripotent cells without adversely affecting the proliferation or dryness of the stained cells.
If a 2 mL staining volume is used, the antibody can be used for 12 tests.
