Product Overview

Description

The kit is a membrane-based sandwich immunoassay. The capture antibody found in duplicate on the nitrocellulose membrane binds to the specific target protein present in the sample (step 1). The tyrosine phosphorylation of the captured protein is detected with HRP-conjugated panphosphotyrosine antibody (step 2) and then visualized using chemiluminescence detection reagents (step 3). The signal generated is proportional to the amount of phosphorylation in the bound analyte.
