Product Overview

Description

When cultivating human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells during cryopreservation, the iStemTM Stem Cell Freezing Medium was created to preserve xeno- and feeder-free conditions. It is a prepared, serum-free solution that has been specially designed for the cryopreservation of human ES/iPS cells. High cell viability and recovery are achieved when human pluripotent stem cells are frozen in iStemTM Stem Cell Freezing Medium. These cells also display normal pluripotent markers upon thawing. Both human ES and iPS cells have been used in the testing of iStemTM Stem Cell Freezing Medium. This product is the best choice for cryopreserving priceless human pluripotent stem cells since it outperformed rival serum-free and freezing medium in terms of outcomes.
