Description

StemTes™ E 3D is an animal-free medium specifically designed to expand and amplify undifferentiated human embryonic stem cells (ES) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS), which are aggregates in 3D suspension cultures.

StemTes™ E 3D is based on StemTes™ E and is a low-protein medium with an optimized protocol that can be used to expand the production of human ES and iPS cells in suspension culture. The novel batch feeding process saves time and media. The daily feed can be supplemented with nutrients, and no medium exchange is required on non-circulation days.

StemTes™ E 3D has the highest quality and maintenance level. It contains only the basic components required for ES and iPS unit amplification. The StemTes™ E 3D system is compatible with a range of suspension culture dishes.
