Product Overview

Description

The CAG promoter is a combination of the CMV promoter (C), the chicken β-actin intron (A) and the rabbit β-globin intron region (G). It is a constitutive promoter with a strong promoter and has no cell tissue specificity.

taCasp3-TEVp and Casp3 protein are cell apoptosis effector molecules. Caspase-10 and other molecules will cut Casp3 before position 175 and position 176 during cell apoptosis to activate the activity of Casp3. taCasp3 is the recognition site of TEVp inserted at this position, TEVp is a specific serine protease derived from Tobacco Etch Virus. When expressed in the cell, TEVp is first expressed and then activated Casp3, triggering a cascade reaction leading to cell apoptosis.
