Product Overview

Description

Neuroinflammation is locally produced in the central nervous system through phenotypic changes of different non-neuronal cell types (such as microglia, oligodendrocytes, and astrocytes) in the brain, leading to different cytokines and chemokines The release of C, eventually recruits and infiltrates peripheral blood cells, mainly T-and B cells, into the brain parenchyma. 2', 3'-cyclic nucleotide 3'-phosphodiesterase, also known as CNPase, is an enzyme encoded by the CNP gene in humans.

CNPase is an enzyme associated with myelin, which accounts for 4% of the total CNS myelin protein, and is believed to undergo major age-related changes. It is named for its ability to catalyze the hydrolysis of 2', 3'-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiester to 2'-nucleotides, although the internal understanding of its specific physiological function remains unclear.
