Figure 1 is a bar graph summarizing the results of experiments using Octet to determine the specificity of antibody 4F11 binding to Fc-binding recombinant human Notch3 (rhNotch3). The results showed that the binding specificity of the 4F11 antibody to rhNotch3 was much higher than that to rhNotch1 or rhNotch2.
Figure 10 shows the summary results of the Notch3 reporter assay that humanized variants of 4F11 inhibit ligand Jag2-induced Notch3-dependent reporter expression.
