NRP-0422-P1864 is a fully human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to a cell surface receptor, Notch3 receptor. The antibody can be used for treatment and diagnosis of pathological hyperproliferative oncogenic disorders associated with expression of Notch3 including aberrant activation of each of these receptors.
