Description

Mice can accurately locate neural stem cells (NSC) in the subventricular zone (SVZ) of mouse brain tissue using the adult neural stem cell sorting and analysis kit. These cells can then be sorted and analyzed. The kit includes a variety of three-color antibodies, including two NSC-specific ones (anti-GLAST and anti-Plexin-B2) as well as three rejection ones to weed out red blood cells, white blood cells, microglia, neurons, and neuroblasts.
