Application Notes
To be used as a WB control, resuspend the lyophilized product in 50 µL LDS* sample buffer to a final concentration of 2 mg/ml. For reducing conditions, we recommend a final concentration of 0.1 M DTT.

Knockout achieved by using CRISPR/Cas9, 46 bp deletion in exon4 and 79 bp deletion in exon4.
