Description

The SeV Kit facilitates rapid and efficient differentiation of human iPS or ES cells into astrocytes in just 28 days. Our proprietary transcription factor-based stem cell differentiation method uses synthetic mRNAs to produce a highly pure population of astrocytes without a genetic footprint. Astrocyte differentiated cell cultures display typical astrocyte morphology and markers such as S100 Calcium Binding Protein.
