Description

Mouse anti-human CD14 antibody recognizes human CD14, also known as myeloid cell-specific leucine-rich glycoprotein. CD14 is a 375 amino acid, approximately 55 kDa GPI-anchored cell membrane protein. It is mainly found on monocytes and macrophages. It is weakly expressed on granulocytes and is very early differentiated stem cells and bone marrow cells. Does not exist in. In immunohistology, CD14 is present on Langerhans cells, follicular dendritic cells, histiocytes and high endothelial venules. In the ELISA clone, MEM-18 recognizes the soluble form of CD14, and has been successfully used as a capture reagent in the development of sensitive ELISA, and used in combination with the biotinylated Mouse anti CD14 antibody, clone UCHM1 as a detection reagent.

Crude protein prepared by ammonium sulfate precipitation in the urine of patients with proteinuria.
