Amyloid Beta 42-SAP depletes cells expressing mouse PirB (paired immunoglobulin-like receptor B) and p75 receptor expressing cells. A blank-streptavidin-SAP control was included to verify the specificity of the β-conjugate.

This product is confirmed to have saporin activity and antibody binding specificity.
