Product Overview

Description

Brain uptake of therapeutic antibodies is severely limited by their size. To achieve enhanced BBB crossing, Creative Biolabs developed a BBB shuttle antibody platform by utilizing the endogenous macromolecule transportation pathway, known as receptor-mediated transcytosis (RMT). The engineered antibody-based carrier is believed to significantly to increase the macromolecule brain entry to combat CNS diseases.
Notes: The BBB antibody is made-to order and available in a customized format. Please don't hesitate contact us for more details.

Product Pictures
FuncS

Figure 1 shows the epitope specificity of anti-ErbB2 antibodies. MAb was used to block the binding of 7C2 to BT474 cells.

FuncS

Figure 2 reveals the additive effects of 4D5 and 7C2 antibodies on DNA synthesis and viability of BT474 cells.

FuncS

Figure 3 shows that the effect of MAb 7C2 is dose dependent.

Figure 4 Four time courses of MAb 7C2-induced apoptosis in BT474 cells.

FuncS

Figure 5 shows the response of different cell lines to anti-ErbB2 MAb.

FuncS

Figure 6 shows that MAb 7C2-induced apoptosis is enhanced by growth arrest.

FuncS

Figure 7 shows that the effect of anti-ErbB2 MAbs is epitope specific.

FuncS

Figure 8 shows that anti-HER2 MAb 7C2 induces apoptosis in the SKOV3 ovarian cancer cell line as assayed in Example 3 Figure

FuncS

Figure 9 shows that combination therapy with anti-HER2 MAbs in which anti-HER2 MAb 7C2 was administered before anti-HER2 MAb 4D5 (see Example 3) resulted in enhanced apoptotic effect on BT474 breast tumor cells.

FuncS

Figure 10 shows the effect of administration of anti-HER2 MAbs alone or in combination as described in Example 4 on mean tumor volume (mm3) +/- 1 SE of BT474M1 xenografts in nude mice. Antibodies were administered twice a week starting on day 6.
