Description
Anti-nAChR can be used in the research of Alzheimer's disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. mAb35-SAP depletes cells expressing the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR). All other cells remain unchanged. A Rag IgG-SAP control is included to verify the specificity of the β-conjugate: Rag IgG-SAP (Catalog #IT-17).
Application Notes
This product is confirmed to have saporin activity and antibody binding specificity.
