Description

The antibody was found to effectively inhibit the interaction between PCSK9 and LDL receptor, as well as to inhibit LSK receptor degradation via PCSK9. In vivo, the antibody was found to inhibit PCSK9, thereby increasing the level of LDL receptor present. In addition, the antibody neutralized the in vivo cholesterol elevation observed when exogenous PCSK9 was added.
