Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Phospho-PKD/PKCμ (Ser910) antibody detects endogenous levels of PKD/PKCμ protein only when phosphorylated at Ser910.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser910 of human PKD/PKCμ protein. This site is homologous to Ser916 in mouse sequence.
