The cloned ChemiBrite cells established at Creative Biolabs expressing the human CXCR3 receptor were prepared by stably transfecting HEK293 cells with ChemiBrite clytin, receptors, and promiscuous G protein to couple the receptors to the calcium signaling pathway.These stability-tested cells are ready for luminescence analysis of CXCR3 receptor agonists, antagonists and modulators.
