Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-LIMP-2/SCARB2 antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total LIMP-2/SCARB2 protein. LIMP-2/SCARB2 is glycosylated at multiple sites, and it migrates at 80 kDa and 54 kDa in its glycosylated and unglycosylated states, respectively.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly467 of mouse LIMP-2/SCARB2 protein.
