Description

The cloned cell line established at Creative Biolabs expressing human S1P2 was prepared in the Chem-1 host. It supports a high level of recombinant S1P2 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein Gα15 to couple the receptor to the calcium signaling pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between S1P2 and its ligand.
