Description

The cloned cell line established at Creative Biolabs expressing human GPR103 was prepared in the Chem-1 host. It supports a high level of recombinant GPR103 expression on the cell surface and contains a high level of promiscuous G protein Gα15 to enhance the coupling between the receptor and the calcium signal pathway.Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between GPR103 and its ligand.
