Description

The cloned cell line established at Creative Biolabs expressing human FPRL1 was prepared in the Chem-1 host. It supports high-level expression of recombinant FPRL1 on the cell surface and contains high levels of promiscuous G protein Gα15 to enhance the coupling of the receptor to the calcium signal pathway Therefore, this cell line is an ideal tool for screening antagonists of the interaction between FPRL1 and its ligand.
