Description

The antibody showed strong binding only to peptides within the extracellular immunoglobulin-like variable (IgV) domain of CD33. The antibody shows with the ability to downregulate CD33 or block CD33 ligand/receptor interactions in physiologically relevant, primary immune cells, and can be used as a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier in treating dementia, infections, cancer and the like.
