Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-PTEN antibody detects endogenous levels of total PTEN protein. The antibody may also detect translational variants (PTEN-long/PTENα and PTENβ) at 70 kD.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in the carboxy-terminal sequence of human PTEN.
