Product Overview

Description

It recognizes a membrane glycoprotein of ~42-48 kDa, which is expressed at a high level on activated lymphocytes and at a low level on resting cells. CD147 is also present on some endothelial cells. The OX-47 antigen contains two Ig-like domains and an abnormal transmembrane domain with charged residues. CD147 is abundant on activated lymphocytes: it is a homolog of the chicken blood-brain barrier antigen HT7.

Immunogen

T blasts from a mixed lymphocyte reaction.
