Description
HOPC-os from Creative Biolabs was isolated from human brain tissue. HOPC-os is transported and kept in a frozen state. In a 1 ml volume, each vial contains more than 1 x 10^6 cells. Immunofluorescence with A2B5 and O4-specific antibodies identifies HOPC-os. HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungus are all absent from HOPC-os. Under the parameters supplied by Creative Biolabs, HOPC-os is guaranteed to be further cultivated; nevertheless, it is not advised to utilise HOPC-os for extended or long-term culture since the cells will not grow in culture.
