cAMP eXpress cells at Creative Biolabs are designed to overexpress natural Gi or Gs-coupled wild-type GPCRs to detect changes in intracellular cAMP levels in response to stimulation by receptor agonists. After modification, these cells can prevent long-term proliferation and expansion using proprietary compounds without significant impact on detection performance.
