Description

Mouse anti-human CD206 antibody, recognizes human macrophage mannose receptor 1, also known as CD206, C-type lectin domain family 13 member D, C-type lectin domain family 13 member class D, human mannose Sugar receptor, hMR or macrophage mannose receptor 1-like protein 1. CD206 is a 1438 amino acid, about 168-180 kDa single-pass type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein, which is a mediator of macrophage glycoprotein endocytosis. CD206 also serves as a phagocytic receptor for pathogens including bacteria and fungi, and as a receptor for dengue virus.

Immunogen

A recombinant protein corresponding to amino acids 22-131 of human CD206.
