Product Overview

Description

Complement component 3, often referred to as C3, is the third protein in the complement system. The complement system "replenishes" the ability of antibodies and phagocytes to remove pathogens (such as bacteria and viruses) from organisms, and can trigger inflammation and remove debris from cells and tissues. C3 Participate in classic and alternative pathways. The MCA-6B1 antibody binds to the anaphylactoxin-like domain in the human C3 α subunit.
