Description
The NeuroMab™ anti-Acetyl-α-Tubulin (Lys40) antibody detects endogenous levels of α-tubulin only when acetylated at Lys40. This amino acid is not conserved in β-tubulin.
Expression Host
Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic acetylpeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Lys40 of human α-tubulin.
