Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell (PBMC)-Derived iPS Cell Line, Episomal (Human)
A footprint-free human iPS (induced pluripotent stem) cell line was derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by ectopic expression of OCT4, SOX2, KLF4, and L-MYC genes using episomal plasmids.
Growing cells: Growing cell cultures should be checked on receipt using an inverted microscope. Immediately check the cell density upon arrival for any obvious defects. If the cell density is too high (more than 80% confluent) subculture the cells (harvest and reseed) immediately.
