Description
StemTes™ F is a serum-free and heterogeneous medium defined based on StemTes™ E formula, but does not contain transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) or basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). It can be used as a basic medium for the differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (ES) and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPS), or for other applications that require the removal of the above cytokines.
