Product Overview

Description

P2Y4 is a receptor that is activated by UTP specifically. Activation of P2Y4 results in increased inositol phosphate formation and mobilization of intracellular calcium. Although selective antagonists for P2Y4 are still lack, P2Y4 may play an important role in vascular diseases, and immunomodulatory intervention.
