The immature mouse NPCNIH Schwann cell (573C10) at Creative Biolabs is a spontaneous immortal cell line established from homozygous npcnih/npcnih mice. The cell line can be used to study the pathogenesis of NPC neuropathy, the treatment of neurological deficits in NPC patients.
