Product Overview

Description

Brain uptake of therapeutic antibodies is severely limited by their size. To achieve enhanced BBB crossing, Creative Biolabs developed a BBB shuttle antibody platform by utilizing the endogenous macromolecule transportation pathway, known as receptor-mediated transcytosis (RMT). The engineered antibody-based carrier is believed to significantly to increase the macromolecule brain entry to combat CNS diseases.
Notes: The BBB antibody is made-to order and available in a customized format. Please don't hesitate contact us for more details.

Figure 1 is a histogram summarizing the results of experiments to determine the specificity of antibodies binding to human Notch 1 on the surface of CHO-Flpln-Notch 1 cells. Antibodies 2G10, 2E6 (also referred to herein as antibody 2E06), 2A11 and 2D11 are shown from left to right.

Inhib

Figure 2 is a bar graph summarizing the results from a Notch3-specific reporter assay showing that antibody 2E6 does not inhibit Notch3-dependent reporter expression in the presence of Jag1.
