Description

Brain uptake of therapeutic antibodies is severely limited by their size. To achieve enhanced BBB crossing, Creative Biolabs developed a BBB shuttle antibody platform by utilizing the endogenous macromolecule transportation pathway, known as receptor-mediated transcytosis (RMT). The engineered antibody-based carrier is believed to significantly to increase the macromolecule brain entry to combat CNS diseases.

Fig.1 shows an SDS-PAGE analysis of purified MAbs against OPN using antibodies.

Experimental result shows that the cell of S-113-6 antibody treatment significantly reduces than the ability of Mork group (PBS) and the cell migration of irrelevant antibody control group in the 48hrs.

ELISA

Fig.2 shows specificity differentiation testing of the anti-OPN monoclonal antibodies using an ELISA. Error bar+1 standard error of mean (SEM).

Fig.4 shows the determination of epitope specifics on the anti-OPN MAbs by ELISA. Antibodies were probed against N-terminal and C-terminal fragments of OPN.
