Product Overview

Description

Mouse anti-human CD14 antibody recognizes a cell surface antigen of about 55 kDa, called CD14. The CD14 molecule is mainly found on monocytes and macrophages in flow cytometry, and is weakly expressed on granulocytes, but on stem cells But there is no very early differentiation state in myeloid cells. In immunohistology, CD14 molecules were found in Langerhans cells, follicular dendritic cells, histiocytes and high endothelial venules. It is known that antibodies against CD14 molecules can induce the formation of oxidative bursts. In the tonsil tissue section, UCHM1 and monocytes, macrophages and dendritic reticular cells in the intervesicular tissue seen under the capsule produced positive staining reactions. Skin Langerhans cells are always negative (Hogg et al. 1984). UCHM1 also reacts with Kupffer cells and sinus wall cells in the liver.

Immunogen

Human thymocytes, followed by peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
