Description
Brain uptake of therapeutic antibodies is severely limited by their size. Creative Biolabs has developed a BBB shuttle antibody platform that actively transports these large biomolecules across the BBB via receptor-mediated transcytosis (RMT). The engineered BBB shuttle antibody is believed to significantly increase the uptake of therapeutic molecules in the brain.
