NeuroMab™ Mouse Anti-ITGAM Monoclonal Antibody (CBP1546)

Description

Mouse anti-tubulin β3 antibody recognizes class III β-tubulin, which is reported to be restricted to neuronal tissue. Mouse anti-tubulin β3 antibody has been used to study neuron-origin tumors, including neuroblastoma and ganglioneuroma. Class III β-tubulin has not been detected in tumors of non-neuronal origin.

Immunogen

Synthetic peptide, ESESQGPK, corresponding to amino acids 441-448 of human class III beta tubulin coupled to Keyhole Limpet Hemocyanin (KLH).
