Description

It recognizes human integrin beta1, also known as CD29, fibronectin receptor subunit beta, glycoprotein IIa or VLA-4 subunit beta. CD29 is a single-pass type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein containing 798 amino acids and a single VWFA domain of approximately 130 kDa. The specificity for CD29 has been confirmed with the integrin β1 transfectant and the β1 reactivity with the anti-β1 antibody pre-clearing each other.
