Description

Anti-mouse CD11b: AlexaFluor®488 / CD115: RPE is a two-color reagent that contains antibodies that recognize murine CD115 and CD11b cell surface antigens.
The antibody recognizes the murine CD115 cell surface antigen, also known as the M-CSF receptor and c-fms. CD115 is expressed by cells and progenitor cells of the monocyte line.
The antibody recognizes the murine CD11b cell surface antigen (also known as αM integrin chain or MAC-1), a differentiation antigen expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, NK cells and tissue macrophages.
