Figure 1 presents data showing the percent downregulation of TMEM106B in A549 cells following the addition of various anti-TMEM106B antibodies.

The endpoint after 30 h was normalized to the isotype control (gray bars) and the percent aggregated TDP-43 was calculated for ACI-7069-633B12-AM (dashed gray bars). Mean ± SD of three independent experiments are shown and statistical differences between isotype control and ACI-7069-633B12-AM (IgG2a variant) were analyzed by Welch's t-test (*** p < 0.001).
