MC38 colon carcinomas were injected into B6 6-week-old male mice. Mice randomly assigned to treatment groups were treated with the indicated antibodies by IP injection on days 5, 7, 11, and 15. Shown is the 75% rank (removing top outliers and plotting bottom 3 of 4 mice). Administration: PD-1 and Fc control 200ug per day, 40ug, 20ug, 20ug and 40ug anti-Pil.2 (aTREM2) antibody were injected on the 5th, 7th, 11th and 15th day respectively.
