Description
NeuroInduc™ SM1 Neuronal Supplement is a standardized serum-free supplement for culturing primary tissue-derived neurons and neural progenitor cells from human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC). It is optimized to support the survival and maturation of functional neurons in short-term and long-term cultures in a reproducible manner, with minimal glial cell contamination (<1% GFAP +). NeuroInduc™ SM1 can be used in combination with NeuroPhys™ Neuronal Medium (Cat. No. NCC200617ZP) or as a serum substitute for various alternative uses. NeuroInduc™ SM1 is also a part of NeuroInduc™ Neuronal Medium and SM1 Kit (Cat. No. NCC200595ZP), NeuroInduc™ Neuronal Medium N2-A & SM1 Kit (Cat.
