Zebrafish High-Content Phenotypic Screening Assay

Creative Biolabs is a leading company in the field of biomedical research and development, with a strong focus on innovative solutions in neuroscience. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, our team of expert biological specialists combines their extensive knowledge with cutting-edge technologies to provide our customers with exceptional Zebrafish-based Phenotyping/Screening/Imaging Service.

Zebrafish Phenotyping/Screening Assays

At Creative Biolabs, we offer a wide range of zebrafish phenotyping assays to help researchers better understand the biological mechanisms underlying various diseases. Our phenotyping assays include behavioral assays, physiological assays, and morphological assays. By employing zebrafish as an in vivo model, our approach enables target-independent and results-oriented drug discovery right from the outset. This methodology places emphasis on improving phenotypes, enabling the identification of effective drugs in a faster and more streamlined manner, ultimately saving valuable time and resources. Moreover, with recent advancements in genetics allowing for the reliable expression of human proteins, the translational potential of the zebrafish model has reached unprecedented levels. Our services cater to various project needs, including:

  • Exploring alternative therapeutic indications (indication expansion) for your compounds.
  • Discovering new therapeutic applications for existing drug targets.
  • Identifying novel therapeutics to aid in the treatment of diseases.
  • Validating drug targets identified in GWAS (Genome-Wide Association Studies) studies.

Zebrafish High-Throughput Imaging Assays

In addition to traditional phenotyping assays, we also offer zebrafish high-throughput imaging assays to accelerate the drug discovery process. Our high-throughput imaging assays involve using automated imaging systems to capture images of large numbers of zebrafish in a short period.

Using this approach, we can quickly screen large libraries of potential therapeutic compounds and identify those with the most promising biological effects. Our team can also use imaging techniques to study the cellular and molecular mechanisms underlying various diseases and drug treatments.
