Description
Creative Biolabs offers midbrain neuronal differentiation service to generate midbrain neuronal precursor cells from human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC)-derived neural progenitor cells (NPC). In conjunction with our midbrain maturation service, midbrain neuron precursors are further matured into midbrain neurons. The resulting midbrain neurons are a population of ≥ 15% TH-positive dopaminergic neurons; ≥ 90% class III β-tubulin-positive neurons; and < 10% GFAP-positive astrocytes. Cells derived using these products are versatile tools for modeling human neurodevelopment and disease, drug screening, toxicity testing, and cell therapy validation.
