Figure 1 shows the results of passive immunotherapy with antibodies on memory performance in the probe portion of the Morris water maze test.
Pepscan analysis revealed that NI-202.21D11 overlapped with peptides B08 (aa 109-123 of SEQ ID NO: 1), B09 (aa 113-127 of SEQ ID NO: 1) and B10 (aa of SEQ ID NO: 117-131) Binding to human α-synuclein of 1) shows that the minimal sequence required for NI-202.21D11 binding is PVDPDNE within human α-synuclein (aa 117-123 of SEQ ID NO: 1).

Figure 2 shows the results of an ELISA assay testing the affinity of different humanized 5C1 antibodies.

Figure 3 shows the results of an alanine scanning mutagenesis experiment used to determine the epitope of [alpha]-synuclein to which the 5D12 antibody binds.
The upper part of the panel shows a western blot of full-length α-synuclein (wild-type or a single point mutation in residues 118-126, as indicated) stained with the 5D12 antibody.
