Figure 1 shows EasyCyte staining demonstrating binding of B-1M22, C-9P21, C-1I24, and D-1K21 scFv clones to CXCR4-transfected and non-transfected HEK293 cell lines.
Figure 2 shows EasyCyte staining of 105 Jurkat cells with 0.5 μg each of B-1M22, C-9P21, C-1I24 and D-1K21 scFv clones, without and competing ligands and AMD-3100.
Figure 3 shows the binding of B-1M22, C-9P21, C-1124 and D-1K21 to HEK293T/17 cells transiently expressing mouse or monkey CXCR4. Columns labeled "Fugene" are cells treated with transfection agent but without DNA. This column was used as a negative control.

Dose-response killing of Ramos cells in the presence of human serum is shown for IgG B-1M22 and C-1I24. As a control, antibody F7 in IgG1 format was used.
Figure 8 shows the analysis of apoptotic activity of anti-CXCR4 antibodies B-1M22, C-9P21, C-1124 and D-1K21 with Annexin V. As controls, antibody F7 and staurosporine (S; 25nM) were used.
