Description
The NSC maintenance medium is a defined serum-free, growth factor-free medium that has been optimized for the growth and differentiation of immortalized human neural progenitor cells in vitro. When used in combination with FGF and EGF, maintenance medium will allow immortalized VM and CX neural stem cells to proliferate. Removal of growth factors from NSC maintenance medium leads to spontaneous differentiation of immortalized neural progenitor cells.
