Description
Creative Biolabs' midbrain neuron maturation service is offered in conjunction with midbrain neuron differentiation service to generate mixed midbrain-type neuronal populations from neural progenitor cells derived from human pluripotent stem cells. The resulting midbrain neurons were a population of ≥ 15% TH-positive dopaminergic neurons; ≥ 90% class III β-tubulin-positive neurons; and < 10% GFAP-positive astrocytes. Cells derived using these products are versatile tools for modeling human neurodevelopment and disease, drug screening, toxicity testing, and cell therapy validation.
